Left sided defender Gareth Jelleyman joined the club on a free transfer from Peterborough United back in January 2005. Came up through the ranks at the Posh and went on to make his debut in the first game of the 1998/99 season at the age 18. The ex Welsh under 21 international can play anywhere down the left side but is more at home in the left back position. He recently put pen to paper on a new one-year contract to stay at Field Mill, which will keep him at the club till the summer of 2008.
