Four of last season's players: Keith Briggs, Carl Muggleton, Gareth Jelleyman and Jonathan D'Laryea re-joined their old team mates for training this morning.

Briggs joined us on loan from Shrewsbury Town last season and is now a free agent.  Carl Muggleton and Jonathan D'Laryea were both released nearly two months ago.  Gareth Jelleyman has been offered a new contract but has yet to accept.

Manager Paul Holland told mansfieldtown.net:  "They are all very keen to stay at the Football Club and I am hopeful that we can have a full squad of players by Monday."

"I would like to have around 20-22 players in by the start of next week, so I have plenty of players lined up.  They are very keen to play for Mansfield Town."

He added:  "I am now just waiting for a phone call to confirm whether I am manager of not."
