Any complaints regarding Match Days, Police, Stewards etc, will be forwarded to our Safety Officer for response.

 

Office Hours are 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday, and 10.00 am to 3.00 pm on Saturday's (Home match days only).

 

Response will usually be by telephone, written response if more complicated.

 

In her absence the contact person will be Sarah Smith.

 

 

STAFF CONDUCT

 

Mansfield Town Football Club staff will conduct themselves in a courteous and responsive manner in all dealings with customers.

 

  • As a football club we fully support The Football League's Anti-Discrimination Policy.

 

CONSULTATION AND INFORMATION

  • The Club does publicise its position on major policy issues in the match day programme, on the website and in the local press. 
  • The Club has, and continues to develop ways to consult with shareholders, sponsors and the local authority. 
  • The Club gives the earliest possible notice of any changes to its ticketing policy and the reasons for the changes. 
  • The Club undertakes research on the design and number of new Strips. 

 

TICKETING

 

Pricing

·        The Club operates a scheme to enable supporters to pay for season tickets by instalments at a reasonable rate of interest. 

Allocation

·        At least 5% of tickets to each game will be made available to non season ticket holders. 

Concessions

·        Concessionary prices are available to junior supporters, senior citizens and students(junior supporters are classed as under 16)

Loyalty

·        The Club give priority to season ticket holders on the pre-purchase of cup tickets.

 

ACCOMMODATING AWAY SUPPORTERS

 

·        The Club abides by Football League Regulations governing the allocation of tickets to visiting clubs.

 

CUP COMPETITIONS

·        Tickets for cup competitions are priced after discussion between both clubs, and are offered to season ticket holders first.

 

RETURNS / REFUNDS

 

·        Refunds for match tickets not used are considered under exceptional circumstances. 

·        If a match is postponed before kick-off, but the supporter has paid and entered the ground, ticket holders are entitled to free admission to the re-arranged game.  If a match is abandoned after kick-off, but before half-time spectators are entitled to half price admission to the re-arranged fixture.  If however, the match is abandoned after the commencement of the second half, no refund will be made.

 

MERCHANDISE

 

  • The Club endeavours to ensure that all replica strip designs shall have a minimum lifespan of two seasons. 
  • Details of the next intended strip change will be made available to supporters from the club shop. 
  • The Club carries out its obligations under Football League Regulations to prevent price fixing in relation to the sale of replica strip. 
  • The Club offers replacements on faulty merchandise. 
  • Refunds would be considered in certain circumstances, but only on production of receipt.

 COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES

 

  • The Club through the Football in the Community project provide many different and varied activities for the children of Mansfield and surrounding districts.  Each year the project visits approximately 30 schools in the area.  Over 800 children attend the Holiday Courses, and discounted tickets are offered through contact with the local schools.
  • The club has also established a Study Support Centre, where local schools attend helping pupils to be encouraged to have more enthusiasm for learning in a football environment.

 

Tickets are offered to pupils, which also encourages parents to attend.
